No! We give you all the tools you need to guide you through the 8-week challenge! You will find everything from exercises and tips to food logs and body measurement forms. Can I do the challenge with my personal trainer?

What are the typical results from doing this challenge?
You will see overall improvement in muscle tone, balance, core strength, and flexibility. Overall, the average output from a 60-minute Barre workout is anywhere from 300-600 calories. With a refocus on simple and whole foods through a Mediterranean-based diet, you can expect to see increased metabolism and fat loss. Expect to lose fat, gain muscle, and improve overall body tone and strength!
I have an injury. Is the Barre Body Challenge safe for me?
Barre workouts are incredibly customizable and safe for those with injuries or limitations! As always, check with your physician before beginning a new routine. If working with a Barre Instructor, let them know what exercises are difficult for you so they can provide effective modifications for you.
